" We especially like the customizable options Bibliotheca ITG XpressCheck provides. We're using some that Madison [Public Library, Wisconsin] created, like 'Pig Latin' and 'Talk Like a Pirate'. Everybody loves them - especially adult males - they hear the Pirate and walk over and use self-checkout for the first time. We made a Zombie voice for Halloween, and we're working on a Ninja and a Leprechaun (for St. Patrick's Day). The Pirate we use year round! "
